Job Description

• Responsible for day-to-day operations in the location.

• Responsible for resource management of hub for driver, gunmen & custodian.

• Responsible to help ATM Executive to collect, collate, record & report the day-to-day operations in the prescribed layouts to the managers, corporate & to the clients.

• Responsible to ensure the hassle free operations by administering the requirements to be available at the time of operations.

• Roster preparation of crew as per route dispatch time.

• Maintain the hardcopy of Takeover & Handover of ATMs.

• Responsible to adhere the all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during the operations.

• Ensure timely dispatching of route from Branch/ Vault Office.

• Follow up with Vault officer / Bank Officials on issuance of cash to custodian for ATMs Replenishment.

• Responsible to brief the team on assigned tasks to perform, SOPs of operations.

• Any other task assigned by management.

Job Description

• Responsible for ATM reconciliation for of Banks/MSPs.

• Responsible to collect, collate, analyze & report the day-to-day operational reports from the branches/regions to the client.

• Responsible to ensure the report flow as per the agreed TAT.

• Responsible to track report submission MSP wise from the regions / corporate.

• Responsible to update the reports in portal wherever applicable within the agreed time.

• Responsible to clarify the queries raised by clients on the submitted report at the earliest.

• Responsible to update / report the concerned managers on day to day basis on the reports generated & if found any discrepancies.

• Responsible to ensure the shortages / cash loss found has been reported to the concerned managers and to monitor the recovery of the same.

• Responsible to coordinate with the operations team to report in the appropriate manner & within prescribed time.

• Reconciliation of disputes and discrepancy received from customer & Audit & Control Team.

• Implementation of Process with respect to EOD of ATM, audits and reconciliation of ATM Reports.

• Monitoring of MIS and Reconciliation operations in night with 100 % compliance.

• Unplanned audits and fact finding for any lapse or process not being followed by field operations.

• 100% implementation of CYCLO.

• Any Task assigned by management.

• To Map & identify bank deposition against each cash pickup entry with help of Bank deposit slip of different banks where the cash deposits are done.

• To Map & identify date of deposition against each cash pickup entry with help of Bank deposit slip & to highlight those cases where the deposits are done on T+1 or T+2 basis because of bank holiday & vaulting.

• To visit banks in case of any dispute found in cash MIS vs statement.
